Back to Basics: Dispute Resolution

9 July 2019

Thank you to our speakers from one of London’s top insurance law firms, RPC, Simon Laird, Genevieve Isherwood and Hugh Thomas.

The event was a great success delivering clear and precise content, while providing a great introduction and insight into the world of insurance law. The talk elaborated on 3 key areas: Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration, and gave extensive background into these three topics using real-life examples. The differences between each topic was explained, and the pros and cons were identified of all three.

The knowledge obtained from this presentation was deemed key to developing a career in the insurance industry, as conflicts are a part of our day-to-day lives, both personal and professional.

Thank you to Leah Wood of RPC and the RPC events team, Ryan Cooper, NGIN Events Officer and Matthew Williams, NGIN Vice Chair for putting together this brilliant event.

NGIN look forward to partnering with RPC again in the future to bring you more fantastic events!
